Ceramic Patchwork

The patchwork bowl by Zoe Hillyard started off as one of her handmade porcelain bowls that had cracked, then Zoe wrapped it in fabric and cleverly stitched it back together. First exhibited at SuperBowls: Interpretations of an Ageless Design, 11 March – 7 May 2017, Craft in The Bay, Wales in 2017 the bowls featured in Bonnie Kemske’s new book Kintsugi, the poetic mend, published by Herbert Press.
